i dropped something in the theater and left for 5 minutes , in that time they locked the doors but were still inside. i called 3 times, no answer. disrespectful.

Awful experience. My friend and I went here to watch Unhinged and the short 4”11 ginger worker told the person selling tickets not to sell us tickets. She was out to get us. She said we need id to watch the movie. It has never been a problem for me watching a r rated movie under age. I am only a couple years under, and mature enough not to be loud and watch the movie with no problems.We we’re not causing problems in the lobby while trying to get tickets.My money will only help since theaters are dying for money. I also feel it was uncalled for since the portage theater just closed. I don’t recommend going during these COVID times.

Too expensive. Portage iMax needs to open back up so much better!!
