First time visit. Drove up at 1:10pm on a Saturday. Colonial Cleaners van parked in front. Posted hours said open till 2pm. Door locked. Lights out.
Came into town for the Holidays and had a GREAT experience with their same day service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I even received a discount for being a new customer! I highly recommend using them.
Damaged/destroyed 4 shirts in 2 visits. Talked to the owner and he said it was my fault or the outside source he was using to launder and press the my shirts. He took no responsibility at all and started to yell at me. I have been using them for over 4 years, never a problem until now. Extremely poor customer service, obviously I won't be going back.
Great customer service and always have everything done in a timely manner.
Damaged/stained one of my shirts, then put a “special attention” label on it to try and pass the blame onto me. They ruined the shirt, and I need it for interviews. Don’t use them.
