Great store. Informative. Friendly low pressure sales. High quality products and services. Sure, I paid a bit more for a quality Riccar vacuum (made in the USA) but this is the best vacuum we have ever owned! Bar none. Yes, you'll pay less for a bagless in a big-box store but it won't last or filter as well. We've gone through two bagless vacuums in about as many years. They are time-consuming to clean up after you vacuum! We went back to bags and are glad we did! We have dogs. The Riccar brush doesn't snag the dog hair. I don't know how, but it doesn't. Minimal brush maintenance is needed. Our bagless brands we had to clean the brush roller after every use! Not with the Riccar! I highly recommend the Valparaiso Vacuum Company and Riccar vacuums!
VVC has been great to work with for years. They sell quality vacuums and the service shop is fantastic at fixing all models of vacuums at a fair price. There is no other place in the area for me that provides these great services.
When you need a professional for your vacuum cleaner who really knows what they are doing GO SEE DON at Valpo Vacuum. I was really pleased with the service and the price. Highly recommended!
It's hard to find good vacuum cleaner repair service these days! I used to get my Royal serviced in Michigan City, but they closed so I was very happy to discover this little shop in Valpo! I can buy my bags there, too!
Excellent customer service and very fare on their charges. This was the first time using them and I could not have been more impressed. Their attention to detail and knowledge will have me coming back again. If you ever need a Vacuum cleaner fixed or in the market for a new device, they are your guys.
