I'm only giving 2 stars because the car wash is decent. I asked for a month of unlimited washes. I did not ask for my card to be charged every month. Just wanted one month. You got me for 3 months I didn't ask for. No one told me this was going to happen. Very upset.
They could have 5 stars, however at least 2 of their sites do not have tire shine(since they took over). Their answer is to go to their Crown Point site. I have their monthly service and I shouldn't be required to go to a site 30 miles away from my home store to get a service I pay to receive. They have been ripping off almost everyone who is paying for it since they acquired it from Costas. I sure do .iss the honesty
Took my car through the car wash when I was finish my car was still very very filthy. Address the issue with the manager. He did not offer any way to resolve it and advise me to buy an unlimited pass for their car wash and told me I need to wash my car more often than every week. I would have thought they would have offered for me to bring it right back through one more time but that did not happen. If you have another option for a car wash near you I would advise going somewhere else and I would not give any money to that place of business.
Great car wash for a decent price very fast and has free vacuums
