The employee behind the counter has been unusually exceptional throughout the years. It’s so weird for me to compliment someone on customer service, but this guy has always been markedly good at his job. He has long blonde hair. He definitely needs whatever promotion they can offer. He needs to be a manager soon. Thanks family express. You’ve got an employee worth holding on to.
The guy behind the counter was super nice a tall gentleman. Best customer treatment I've experienced in a long while. Family Express must train their employees well, because most locations here in Valparaiso have employees who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.
Ok, it's a family express, and some of the help there look like they're wearing those bracelets that let police know where you are every moment. But looks are deceiving, because the staff there is really great. Every time I go in, it's like who ever is working owns the place and really cares about my experience. My feeling is that the general public and the way they treat everyday workers are the reason that God created guns. These are great people and deserve your smiles and respect. Go there.
Horrible car wash!! Does not clean well at all and when I asked if I could take my vehicle back through the attendant was very rude to me. There is a $3 wash down the street at the Chevy dealer that does a great job- I will never buy another car wash at Famiily Express!! ! It’s sad because I have been a customer at their stations for years and to be treated that way over a legitimate customer complaint is ridiculous
