6/5/16 Unfortunately they seem to have employed the least personable and capable person at the customer service desk. A blonde young lady I'll describe no further so as not to offend. Anyway, I just got one piece of wood cut and unfortunately it was cut under what I asked the gentleman to do which I should have checked before leaving. I thought it would be a simple return since I just left literally 5 min ago and the rep who cut it could corroborate that he cut it under what I asked, but alas she refused to return it. Severely hindered my experience, perhaps home depot has a better return policy. Regardless I'll be finding out next time I spend my money.
Just a miserable place with miserable employees. I'll never want to do business with lowes again
I'm a home depot shopper but omgoodness the deals I found at Lowe's were incredible. The staff were helpful once you found someone as they seemed to be short staffed in the garden Dept. But the cashier was do cheerful I can't wait to go back. The clearance area of plants were perfect for me as a person who loves to tinker n make plants survive. I will return there and definitely they just got a new customer.
I am pretty confident this is being managed by someone more concerned about the next line of coke than their customers. Ordered 2k worth of paver stones and after 2 months of waiting they cancelled the order. I called they said it was still coming to be understanding because of covid and still nothing. Home depot worked fine though
Pete was very helpful, I bought a riding lawnmower today. When I got it home I noticed that it has a lot of scratches on the hood and the fender. I wish I could have gotten some money off it. I payed a lot for damaged mower
