I needed to fix 1 fence panel, new 2x4s and they cut them to the right length for me!! Picked out the right hangers, correct nails, I did it and couldn't have had such an easy time without assistance!
I have had many projects to work on since Covid-19 blessed us in March.nThe people at Parr have been very helpful, fast and very professional!nI have called them late expecting same day deliveries and they hit the mark every time. Thank you for being so much better than the big Box Stores.
Super kool guys that helped me will recommend this location. 5 stars dont come close to their customer svc they need a 10 ⭐
Had excellent customer service from Parr, they were helpful in offering suggestions and explaining different construction options when I asked for advice about my project. Better, they are a neighborhood store and had everything I needed in one stop. I 100% recommend this place over a big box store.
Average selection available, nice little hardware selection too, allows for one stop shop for most average projects.nnHowever, the staff is very cold, they argue with each other openly in front of customers. They seem annoyed by customers.nnHave made 2 visits, both the same experience. Will still shop there to finish my current project, but will most likely avoid in the future.
