Soap and Suds

I really wish I could give this place a zero star rating we had been coming here for months now every week and all the sudden Everything Has Changed she threw a fit because my three-year-old granddaughter was pushing a cart in the aisles nowhere close to the walls but she said that she can't do that because it'll dent her walls and there's nothing behind them which I'm pretty sure there has to be studs and insulation by Indiana code if you go in and look at the structure how it's built one of the main post the steel that's holding the whole frame is like 3 in off the floor they keep their bathroom locked sometimes it's unlocked but it's been locked lately and nobody can use it there's nobody there to let you in if you got to go I have medical conditions that require me to have to go to the restroom often and I can't even get in which is against the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as the Ally's law their drainage from the building goes outside into a ditch not into a septic or sewer and when you open their washing machines they smell like sewer needless to say since it's been getting worse and then the episode today we will be finding some place else to go they are not family friendly at all don't dare touch their walls my daughter and me had touched them and she came over and said something about us too and we were barely touching them hopefully a handicapped person doesn't fall and hit the wall because they'll probably be banned for life and now that I've had my rant find out for yourself if you'd like don't take my word for it feel free to go in and check it out just don't touch the walls

Very clean and dryers actually dry your things

Large load (45 lbs) $5, Small (22 lb) $2.50. Did not use dryers. Equipment was newer, and clean inside. Did not interact with any employees while I was there. Only thing out of place is someone left their cigs on the floor.

Never in the 40 Years that my family has lived in the city of Ligonier have I seen others or myself been treated the way I was treated here. If I'm not mistaken the Cheif of Police runs this facility. A short haired woman barked orders at me from the moment she looked at me. I didn't see we are not allowed to sit on the table so I quickly and respectfully got down when she yelled from across the way. Then to add to my already terrible experience she barked at me again for putting pods in the detergent area. As if I work at a laundromat and know these things. She continued with well you should of read the packaging and there another laundromat down the street that I can go there. This is my second time coming here and I would rather drive to Goshen than to experience that ever again. Place has a terrible smell secreting that made me so nauseous I vomited as soon as I got home. I'm still infuriated and will not recommend this place if that's how their employees treat people. Seems border line racists and I'm Hispanic so will gladly discuss this experience with my family and friends.
