Good selection, helpful employees, but mask/sanitizer enforcer was kinda nasty when we walked in the door.
I absolutely love the NW Ace Hardware! It has such awesome plants for sale that I have decorated my whole apartment with! It also has a lot of essential items for sale as well which makes it an extremely easy, awesome one stop shop! I am blessed to only live a few blocks away!
Needed help with paint and wood finish. didn’t not get the help I was looking for. Lots of employees working and walking the aisles but didn’t seem to fulfill what I was asking. Their employees didn’t feel genuine in my opinion. Better go to Home Depot and get quality service there instead and feel welcomed.
Jen in the paint department was EXCELLENT to work with!! Jen was so accommodating by helping address my questions via email and then have EVERYTHING ready for in-store pickup for the day of my project, as I was trying to reduce my in-store exposure due to COVID. Amazing customer service. Will be back for any other projects for sure.
I love this store! They have great selection, are very well organized and are so friendly and helpful. I've become a regular since discovering them.
