Ham egg n cheese on sour dough bread, good breakfast sandwich

Food is good...but they are waaayyy slow. The guy at the register was spelling every customer's name like he was in kindergarten. Really you had to spell Sam slowly and then ask the person if that's correct? It's called fast food for a reason...speed up!

Service was slow. Sweet potato fries were cold. Was not offered sauce and forgot to get horsey sauce for my Mom's sandwich.

after waiting almost thirty mins. spending 30.00. fries cold. cheese hard. mozzarel sticks cold. completely disappointed

Pathetic, worst arby's experience I've ever had, actually only bad experience and I'm sure it's just the location! Ordered the Philly steak$cheese, had hardly anything on it, asked the person at the drive thru window and he said that's normal! SadnWon't visit this location again. I could only taste the bread
