You never know when they are open. And they run out of food all the time. They are always out of tortilla shells. They need someone in control.

I’m tired of this place messing up my order. 75% of the time my order is messed up. Most of the time I sit and check my order . I didn’t this time. 4 items were messed up. Of course only one I would have noticed since it wasn’t there. I’d go back but drive thru only and long lines doesn’t make it worth it. ☹ufe0f

Pull up at the drive thru several times over the last couple months around 5 pm. They just suddenly stop taking orders and close the store! They just have you leave the drive thru without explanation. What in the world is going on over there? I’m calling corporate.

This Taco bell is an embarrassment to Kendallville. They are unaware that they keep the mic on in the drive thru for all customers to hear the employees PLUS management say how they really feel about the customers they serve. It has had so many issues with staff and food service that I wonder if its even worth keeping in town. Bring in another business that knows how to act and not mix up orders or bad attitudes.

Beyond ridiculous!! I been in drive threw for over 30 mins. Line barely moving!!!!!! They definitely dont know the meaning of fast food an customer service. To top it off foods almost always cold or incorrect
