Taco Bell

Drive-thru was crazy busy. Lobby wasn't busy. We ordered on the kiosk. The counter person cheerfully gave us our cups. Our order was prepared fairly quickly and was very good. The lobby was pretty clean. All in all this was a enjoyable stop for a late supper.

Food is sometimes cold ud83eudd76 sometimes warm but never hot. The lil cinnamon rolls are typically frozen in the inside and cold on the outside. Customer service friendly but who ever is in the kitchen doesn't do their job properly. I would suggest not going to this one.

I never leave bad reviews about a place, only because I have great sympathy for fast food workers & the hard job they have. I always understand that people make mistakes. I've worked in the food industry so i try not to complain. But I've gone to this taco bell 12 times easily and every time I do, they mess up my order. Which is fine. But the manager named Cody is always argumentative & not receptive of my simple complaints. I've also found hair in my burritos, I just got a party pack last night and they gave me all 12 soft tacos. Annoying. And when i went inside to give him my wrong order back (12 soft tacos) he took them back and took them to the kitchen and set them back for later. DURING A PANDEMIC. that's all I have to say.

Better of the 2 stores in Crawfordsville. They are very fast, accurate on orders, & always friendly.

Visited on a Wednesday (6/3) on the way home. Good food, happy for variety at this interstate exit.nBill was $10.14. Gave the drive thru clerk $20.14. It took an extraordinary amount of time to get my change - $9.96. When I questioned the clerk, I gave exact change for a reason, need $10 back...the answer- I gave you what it said. I should have asked for the receipt at that point but it’s only 4 cents. And who can argue with that logic.
