I took a mini Boden coat to have dry cleaned. A very good little coat. I had just bought it used on line but wanted to get it cleaned for my daughter. They absolutely ruined it and then would accept no responsibility. The coat was totally in tact when I took it and they gave me back a destroyed coat. Didn't tell me about the problem till I saw it and asked about it. Then didn't call when they said they would. Had to go back again then wait for the owner to call. Over all a terrible experience and I'm out $75 the cost of the coat and the dry cleaning fee!! Please avoid this place.
I highly recommend Xaver dry cleaners! They were able to clean a dress I thought I had ruined. I needed it done the same day and he was so kind to do it immediately. Very kind and generous. Highly recommend! Thank you Xaver Cleaners!
I will never use this cleaners again, I feel like their prices for the service I got was way high and out Of the ball park,
Darla was unprofessional and rude. I had a lot of questions about getting my rug dry cleaned and she hung up on me when I was not finished taking. I called back and once I asked her what her name was she continued to ask what fabric my rug was. I wanted to do local business, but I will not now due to the fact of her bad customer service.
