If you're like me you have a hard time with salesman. Brent at Action won my trust. He went out of his way for us. He took the time to explain everything but didn't push. Then when the job got harder than was expected, Brent rolled up his sleeves and helped the technicians. All the guys did a great job!

They agreed to inspect a former HVAC installation in a small home. Took them 3 weeks to finish it. They came twice and called for a final inspection by the city, but I had to prod them each time to come and take care of it. They were the last of 5 permits to finish their process. Opposite experience with a plumbing company during same time period, so the customer service difference between the two was apparent.
My parents furnace quit working and I called Action Cooling Heating in Alexandria. They arrived within less than a hour and determined the furnace was releasing very small amounts of carbon monoxide and needed replaced. They removed the furnace out of the basement, mixed and poured a small amount of concrete to level the floor area the furnace sits on. They came back the next day with the new furnace and installed it. They had to redirect a few pipes to make it safe being the water heater sits right next to the furnace. My dad is 80 years old and I didn’t want him to have to worry about a thing. This company employees are informative, professional and skilled at what they do. They took the old furnace away, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. They have excellent customer service, knowledge technicals and they are courteous. Thanks to there quick response my parents are warm and safe.
They've managed the heating and cooling issues at our church with expertise and speedy service. Good people doing the job at a great price.
