This is the first time I have ever written a google review in over 15 years but the service and business of this company has been horrible. I have had to move out of my apartment so they could redo part of the bathroom and they said they would be done in 4 days. It has now been over 8 days and they are not responding to our texts so we have no idea when I will be able to move back in, and if I do move back in I have absolutely no water. Businesses have to respect their customers or they will lose them. I would never recommend this company. Unfortunately if I could give zero stars I would.
We have always used Puritan Water Softeners and they have been workhorses. When we recently had some issues with our 16 year old unit, Phil stepped and worked a deal with the company that was WELL to our benefit. I would highly recommend this company for ANY water related work that you need done. Phil cares about his company's reputation and works to make sure it gets done right. No questions asked.

Water Works replaced our 19 year old water heater and installed a new shower head with a hand held shower attachment in our guest bathroom. They arrived on time and completed everything in two hours. We had hot water within one hour and my new shower head is wonderful!! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing problem. We will definitely be using them again. They are 5++ stars for sure!!
We appreciate Phil's sense of urgency to move/ fix our well pump. He shows excellent customer service at a fair price! Thank you Phil!
