Our furnace went out at 6 am, called Ashley and she sent Ernie out to take a look within a couple hours. Ernie fixed it best he could until we had the money to replace it.nOnce we replaced the furnace and AC unit, Ernie and his team were excellent. They were on time, quick installation and removal of our old furnace, and gave me a walk through of everything. Very affordable prices as well! Everything looks great and runs so much better than before! Thank you all.
The Team with storm heating and air are unreplaceable. They have the home town values with incredible pricing. They are very knowledgeable and was able to fix our issue quickly. They even waived there diagnostic fee with the repair. Highly recommend for all of your heating and cooling needs. After 5 home visits & 3 employees, my unit still DOES NOT work!! It’s a my unit is only 3 years old... They never fixed the problem!!!!!
