Arby's

Broadway in Anderson is usually my go-to for Arby's, usually good food and fast, friendly service. Yesterday, however, was definitely not the case. Ordered a beef n cheddar, it was sloppy with sauce everywhere and some pieces of very thick-cut roast beef. My boyfriend had the same issue with his regular roast beef, thick-cut roast beef, which changes the sandwich entirely. Hopefully the person slicing the meat will be better aware of the proper way to slice the meat next time we return.

We dont get a lot of fast food, yet when we received a coupon to buy up to three combo meals for $5.00 each, we jumped at the chance.nThe food is always hot, has a great presentation, and just makes us happier than eating at other establishments.nI had another coupon, but list it in the car, for a second visit. When i asked if i needed the coupon, they said YES. So i drove off in a huff.nBroadway, Anderson Indiana is my favorite location. Not only is it close to my house, they are really friendly there.

I wanted to give five stars, usually all is good however this time was a disappointment. We tried the fish sandwich for the first time and both were over cooked one you could say was burnt. Ruined the whole meal. I might try it again but ill go in and inspect it before I leave.

Pleasant staff, all were masked. I appreciated the safety, health safeguards in place.
