Loved it ! Got 3 subs 6 inch, under$15 for lunch. Good food, value and service.

Had too many orders not up to standards with this restaurant. There has to be something wrong with the microwave because the meats are cold (at one point were ice cold). Sandwiches get overloaded with sauces and makes the bread soggy, and they just throw the items on the sandwich instead of placing them nicely. Staff can get a little rude. If it's not that then they are always out of multiple things.

Your buy one get one is a joke. I have been trying for the past 30 min to use the app like I'm supposed to. At checkout it states that the price is full price. Called 2 stores asking for help and I got hung up on due to asking to speak to manager and at the other store she told me to call another location. I called corporate for help and got no where. Why is this this difficult? Why aren't staff members trained on the app to provide assistance? Why is there a communication barrier between the customer, the stores and corporate? Its fine, I'll take my family on a picnic with Jimmy johns instead of subway. It shouldn't be this hard. Why can no one help me or uphold the BOGO deal?

Ice machine had all types of dirt inside of the ice cubes. I informed the staff, but they showed no urgency to fix or interest to even look at the issue.nnI immediately had a stomach ache after eating my sub as well. I'm not surprised after my experience.
