Drive thru was quick and to the pint. Worker was very nice and clean.

Food was decent, the help was terrible, no one could stay on task, they seemed overwhelmed. The boss kept interrupting even during order taking. Very disorganized.

Your buy one get one is a joke. I have been trying for the past 30 min to use the app like I'm supposed to. At checkout it states that the price is full price. Called 2 stores asking for help and I got hung up on due to asking to speak to manager and at the other store she told me to call another location. I called corporate for help and got no where. Why is this this difficult? Why aren't staff members trained on the app to provide assistance? Why is there a communication barrier between the customer, the stores and corporate? Its fine, I'll take my family on a picnic with Jimmy johns instead of subway. It shouldn't be this hard. Why can no one help me or uphold the BOGO deal?

If I could give this location a zero I would. Three people working inside and I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 sandwiches. Not one of the workers seem like they know what they are doing to make sandwiches. I will never come back to this location.

Food was good, however the shift manager, Jonathan, did not fix the service issue. He promised us he would be calling manager. Never happen, still haven't heard anything.
