I brought my car in here about 5 months ago i got the full detail service .. All 5 in 1 job beautiful work they did so i made this my spot i would always return to.. 2 days ago i brought my car in for the same the all 5 detail jobs .. But this time they did not wipe/sanitize/clean the actual surfaces edges or hard surface areas pretty much where everyone touches and this is durring this pandemic where i need it to be clean and sanitized most .. There was dirt sticky parts im sure a bit of dipping sauce there witch we all have driped dipping sauce done the center consul .. But thats what i paid 185$ to be cleaned i brought my car back there doing the interior again so thank you but i do not like haveing to come back and wait and extra 45 min the day after i left my care here for 4 1/2 hours to be cleaned... Its cold its December its causes more chance of the virus to be spread do to neglectfulness

My favorite PDX Washman to visit, ample vacuum stalls and if you go off peak, it’s a breeze.

Super sloooow. Got the Express $22 wash. Went to lane 1 after going asthru the wash as instructed and it took them over 10min before they got to me after going and asking what was taking so long. No one else was waiting in line ... Will NOT be going back.

I don't know if it's staff or process but they are really slow....
