I was at this Self Service Car Wash with my 37" Toy Hauler to have my Truck and the front of my RV washed. The pull in was a bit tight but doable, I managed to get into place w/o any issues. My overall length is 57' and 13' 4" high. I felt this place was sufficient to get my rig into and that the area was safe. The only complaint I have was that the time was not long enough for the money I had spent. I would go back if I was in the area and needed to get my rig cleaned.
CHECK EQUIPMENT BEFORE PAYING! Some of the car ports have broken equipment so make sure you take a good hard look before paying to use. I put in $10 before I realized that the foaming brush was completely disconnected. I would ask for a refund but there is no contact information posted anywhere. If the owner reads this, please contact me.
This place is in terrible condition. I pulled into a bay and immediately pulled back out. The change machine was broken and with no option for credit cards. The labels on the self service dashboard were faded and torn. The bays were extremely dirty and the equipment looked like it would be dysfunctional - I felt immediately concerned that they would eat my money. So I left and wound up taking my car to Hadley's Car Wash, which was great.
Horrible. You’re lucky if one of the vacuums or washing stations work. Tried this place 4 times and never ever had a functional experience
I wish this car wash worked properly and didnt always eat my money. I live just a few miles away and every time I go I hope for the best but the bays are always closed and I dont think the clear coat has worked once that I've been there. After so many times leaving here disappointed I think I'll make the trip across sf to the wash off west Alameda. Would be nice if this place started making sure everything works as it supposed to
