Headbangers is awesome! I had an issue with a styling tool that I purchased directly from Headbangers. I contacted the manufacturer, and they told me I was completely out of luck unless I jumped through a few hoops, and even then, they'd only give me online credit. I called the shop just to get some info, and without missing a beat, Jo offered to replace my tool at no additional charge to me. She didn't have to do that, and I sure wasn't expecting it. Wonderful customer service and retail support. 5 stars!

Marla does an amazing job! Would highly recommend her for your color, cut, style, or other hair needs. She takes the time to listen to what you want and makes it a reality. She did a great job with my husband's hair and has done a great color job for mine. We visit her when we are in the area visiting family!
