I went to get a chopped salad and the Salad was less than expected portion size and It cost over $9.00. They will never get another $9.00 salad out of me.

This franchise location will leave you hungry and very disappointed like it did me. I had a very simple mobile order that they couldn’t get right and after contacting them same day about it I was told to come back with my mobile order receipt and I will get the right sub, Seemed like it was going to be resolved not a big deal. So went back 3 days later to get my order replaced showed them my mobile order explained to manager what had happened and what I was told to do and they had no idea of what I was talking about and most importantly they had no history of me calling or contacting them about it. This felt very upsetting And waste of Time and Money! Just go to jimmy John if you want something done right with no hassle subway just lost my Business.
