Ben's Soft Pretzels

The pretzels are amazing!!! The lady who took our order was really nice. Our pretzels were really soft and airy inside.

In the past didnt have the best service but today was great! I didnt catch his name but on my receipt the name says marian. Bangin pretzels

Food is great but service is not. Both girls did not seem very thrilled to be working and when we tried to order one of their new “prizza’s” we were met with complete shade. It was obvious they DID NOT want to make us one. The teenager behind the counter barely said a word, then walked away without taking my payment. They begrudgingly made the “prizzas” but no effort was made to make them an actual pretzel pizza, it was just an overly crusted personal pizza. Seriously disappointed bc we’d been wanting to try them for weeks. Pls fire the child behind the counter and hire more effective workers for the sake of your amazing soft pretzel shop.

I also get plain pretzel with extra butter and nacho cheese dipping sauce. Very delicious and addictive
