Good food but gave us wrong order

A bit expensive 4 me, delicious pickles. Short wait time.

Portillo's is great. The other half that has pasta/salad is amazing as well. The chopped salad is my absolute favorite. The chocolate cake however is eh - so many rave about it so I was so looking forward to it but much prefer their lemon cake flavor. The chocolate cake shake with peppermint pieces during the holidays is to die for though.

Food is always good and service is usually just right. We've been picking up online orders during this crazy time and we keep having things missing from our order. Don't want to hang around the store too long since some patrons choose to not wear a mask as they wait so it's difficult to check our order inside. Just need a little more attention to detail.

It was amazing. I'd never been there before and some close friends took me to this one. I must say the Italian Beef sandwich is to die for. Add cheese and hot peppers and you've got a great meal. I had some stolen fries from my friends meal too. Those were great tasting too.nBut the greatest part of it all was having a chocolate cake shake (I said it wrong....twice), but she got what I was asking for. It was amazing tasting too.nMust say, it had great seating and loads of people but fast service. I'd definitely come here again. Bring the family and friends and make it a weekend.
