Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was just okay. Service was good. All employees were wearing their mask correctly and at all times EXCEPT for the manager.. As a manager you are expected to follow the rules...

Service was awful, our server was Dominique Ro . She checked on us a total of two times. Our drinks didn't come until after our food was already at the table brought by another server. Couldn't get refills unless we asked who I think was the manager. We've been in the industry and we know how it is but to just walk past us and completely ignore us multiple times says that you need more training. I don't think I've ever had worse service before.

My server was exceptional, food was excellent. AND roo for.my truck, I will definitely be back here again

Waitressing went downhill. They got the orders wrong and had 4-5 different waitresses come by the table that creates misunderstandings. They brought up a missing hamburger and it was still wrong because we twice asked for hamburger with ketchup only and I had to use ketchup that came with fries to add to the plain hamburger. At first they did not try to correct it and we did not eat any of our plates until they corrected the meal orders. It is my favorite spot and we eat out pretty often and have not had bad Waitressing experience in years.

Went today and burger was good fries were so salty couldn’t eat many! My waiter was terrible! Saw him one time and never again. Couldn’t get a straw and had to pay on the machine with credit card when I’d rather pay cash because my waiter disappeared after we ordered. Hostess was very nice! Probably won’t be back I’ll go elsewhere or to a different Red Robin.
