I was impressed with the cleanliness of,the laundromat. They also have a laundry drop off,service. The only thing that would need improvement is customer service. I spoke with the attendant and tried to explain a problem, But he insisted that he didn't know how the machines worked and walked away in mid sentence while I was trying to engage him with what was wrong. I couldn't cobra t his supervisor. So if not for 1this situation it would have been great. Over all the machines,were clean and functional, adequate change machines and dryers ænd seating. The attendants need training on listen.ing and operations of machines. By the way I repair appliances for a living so I knew,what I was talking about
Young lady attendant very pleasant, machines work fine but the front of the machines needs a good washing, I almost left for that reason looks like there has not been an attempt in quite a while especially with the pandemic in full effect, who want's to put cloths in a washer you're scared to touch but was here for an emergency, so I put on rubber gloves to proceed.
The washing machines are filthy and they smell sour. Some of my clothes came out dirtier than they went in. I don't think any of the side loaders use enough water to wash or rinse clothes. On a positive note the change machine always has quarters and the attendant can break down larger bills.
So special, I always do my laundry here.
I love the spacious washers there I can get my laundry done quickly and get on with the rest of my day..
