I’ve used this place for about two years to clean and press my work shirts and pants. It’s very conveniently located on route 30 and easy to get in and out of. never had an issue.

I will never come to this dry cleaning establishment ever again. I dropped off my girlfriend's jacket 2 days prior to it needing to be picked up. I asked them if it would be done by Friday and they assured me that it would be. I show up on Friday and they can't find the jacket. I told them I would call back a little bit later. I had my girlfriend then give them a call two hours later and they still couldn't find the jacket. 4 hours later my girlfriend goes into the store and they still don't know where it's at. The tailor, which was amazing, tried tod everything in her power to locate the jacket. she finally finds out that the jacket is in Highland and not at the original location we dropped it off at. The owner told her that we can go pick it up in Highland or they can bring it to this location but we would have to pay $15 for delivery. Needless to say we didn't pay that and the owner brought the jacket but she left the store abruptly and had no remorse over what had happened. I should have known that to come here based off of the ratings but did because it was recommended. Never again

Extremely disappointed!!! I have been used this cleaner for 3-4 years since they are in my way home, several timesnI picked some shirts, pants with stains, minor damage, I thought it is not their fault, till recently, every time there is one shirt damaged in the same exact spot! They refused to Take any responsibility!nThe last time I dropped 9 shirts, I showed the lady all of them with no damage ! When I picked them up one of them was damaged again in the same exact spot !nAgain they refused to take any responsibility! She said we do not warranty them!nBe advise to check your stuff before and after if you go there !!!!!!!

I have had them tailor a ton of clothes for me and they have turned out perfect every time! This is the only cleaners I will be using from now on.

They ruined a suit by mis-pressing the lapels and seams. Rude to boot and they take no responsibility when you complain. They do do a decent job of adjusting pants and jackets. So good for sewing, bad for cleaning.
