First time there. Employees were very pleasant and they worked to get me what I wanted with all the discounts. Will definitely go again.
Definitely happy they opened a Merrillville Indiana location. This company caries many products for industrial/home use that you can't find at Menards or Home depot. Will be a returning customer from now on. And also they give a great discount for new card members and membership points for all your purchases!
Very nice and clean store!!! However I made a special order and the Assistant Manager had to come to the register because my shipping charge wasnt ringing up. First he comes to the register with a horrible attitude. Then he manually puts in a shipping charge. The way he added my shipping made it to where I was taxed on the shipping charge. His attitude was very unprofessional and totally not needed. With an attitude like that, I would rather shop at Harbor Freight or Tractor Supply.
Nice selection of tools, wanted to check out a welder I saw in catalog, didn't have on display.But still worth the trip.
Very helpful staff with a great attitude. The stores atmosphere was wonderful. I'm very glad they opened this store.
