absolutely horrible. very obvious under trained, undeveloped stylists. my wife and I took our 3 daughters ranging in ages 2 - 9, came in only for simple trim haircuts. recieved uneven crooked trim chops. its not like they butchered them, but what little tgey did cut was very uneven, worse than when my mom cut my hair when i was a kid. not exaggerating, wont be back.
My daughters, who are on the autism spectrum were treated so disrespectfully.nNeither stylist made conversation with them.nOne stylist was hurting my daughters scalp and the woman acted like she had no choice.nThe other stylist left my daughter sitting while she took care of another customer never explaining to my daughter why she was just left sitting there.nBoth stylists were very rude to me as I was only trying to make sure my girls were being treated right.nThere's more. But we will never be back.nI hope to speak with the manager soon.
