I was stranded and I went to the Highland Police Department for help because I had no one else to help me and I was truthful and explain my situation it was raining outside and I had no service on my phone and I was turned away I understand that there are limitations as to what the police can help with but I really didn't understand. I had been helped by them before I suppose there was something that I might have done wrong I'm really not sure

My son got pulled over and nowmy car is getting towed and it has plates And insurance you can not tow the car if it's legal
