Safety protocols on place. Took my order, which was very special, and staff made sure to double check with me several times to ensure that my burger was prepared exactly how I requested it. Sad that they didn't have peanuts. But I understood. And love that they have the good coke machine with tons of offerings. Parking is the only thing that sucks here.

Overpriced and overrated! Food does not taste like the money they charge

This could be a 5 if the service was a slight better. It's a turn off when the line is almost out the door and unhappy faces tell the story. The food was decent. The burger just didn't fit the bun ud83dude02. Given the wrong fries bit they were still hot. Didn't want to get back into waiting. Just wanted to eat and appreciate having a place available to go.

So fresh, so good. We converted two more people into huge fans today, and they were reluctant to go here before we talked them into it. Both were extremely happy after trying it.nAll this said, still too expensive and overpriced. 4 burgers and 3 fries were almost$60. For curbside type offering, served in Reynolds wrap, too high.

Normally I have no complaints about five guys but this particular experience was extremely disappointing. I had ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and a large fry. My husband's burger was perfect and exactly what he ordered but my burger was led than what was desired. On my burger I had ordered mayo,ketchup, pickles,raw onion, tomato, extra grilled onion, extra grilled mushrooms, & extra grilled jalapeños. What I got on my burger was mayo, ketchup, pickle, raw onion, and tomato. There were none of the grilled toppings that I had ordered in sight on my burger. To me this is unexceptable. There should be no reason why half of my toppings were not in my burger. I was not at all happy about this when I got home and I was their last customer for the night so I couldn't go back to get it fixed. I hope you do better in the future to make sure the ordered are correct.
