Usually pretty fast service decent food

Not only was the way that their drive-thru set up absolutely bizarre, we ordered a large curly fry and it was completely cold and the pieces of the curly fries were all broken up, it was almost as if we had gotten the leftovers from the bottom of someone else's order. They were very hard and, being cold as well did not improve them. I tried to ask for some Arby's sauce and the woman that was cashing us out or man I don't know because you can't see them since they have a bizarre food service window, they seem very irritated that I even tried to order some Arby's on with my curly fries. I 100% will never go back there again.

This is the worst experience ever at this location. I have been in the drive through for 45 minutes and just ordered my food. Absolutely the worst ever I will never come back

I love Arby's.Yes they have gotten a lil pricey over the years but the food is worth it. I usually don't have a problem at this one but today the lady doing drive thru was rude as could be. The people in front of us were even getting attitude while ordering. I will not let this 1 time keep me from going back but if it becomes a repeated issue I will quit going there.
