I had a great experience using Dunhill. I stupidly waited until the last minute to get my suits dry cleaned for an event but Dunhill managed to get it done and my suits looked great. Fast, friendly, and affordable. That's all I needed and they delivered.
Horrible customer service the prices are way too high when you could to CD cleaners and get it for almost 75% lower price than what they offer last time I was there the lady behind the counter was holding my coat hostage until I would pay her for the dry cleaning even though the coat looked the same when I dropped it off it was all dirty and hairy and I just simply asked her if she could dry clean it again because this is not acceptable and she got furious at me I asked to speak with the owner and she refused to give me his number would definitely not recommend going here to get your dry cleaning done.nnUpdate to the story and the manager call and apologize for the horrible way I was treated I appreciate them taking the time to find my number and to call me.
I placed an order and a spot was noticed that needed xtra care, they gave me a courtesy call 2 inform me of the situation. I appreciate the personal and friendly service.
