Was satisfied with how my clothes came out being my first time here
9 minutes agonnWORST EXPERIENCE ever.nLet me first start by saying I was initially very pleased as this cleaners was the ONLY one in the region that agreed to take my item over new years eve weekend.nSo I dropped my faux fur coat off for dry cleaning on Friday Decemeber 28 with the promise of it being available for pick up Monday December 31st in the morning. Fast forward to the present, Saturday December 29, I just recieved a phone call from the owner/manager/who ever the heck works there, to find out that they TOOK MY COAT with them to Missouri and I won't be able to get my coat until later next week. They TOOK my item OUT OF THE STORE, when they had no business doing so. And its in their car, with them, on their way out of the state. I have never been more disappointed in a service in my life. Basically theft. I have a feeling she took it so she could wear it. How disgusting. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
