CD One is my go-to for quick cleaning needs. Great customer service from behind the counter, and excellent job cleaning and pressing my suit jackets. It is really great to not have to pay an arm and a leg to get my jackets done. Thanks for all you do!
My first time going. I had four silk blouses cleaned. Prices are great. Personale professional, informative, and courteous. I was glad to see Covid-19 guidelines were reinforced. With all the good, I noticed that two of blouses were not cleaned as well as I'd like. Debating whether I will go back. This is a little distance from my home, otherwise I would take right back.
Shirts not cleaned at all collars and cuffs were dirty.. l have spoken to manager before about my issues. I am a long time customer so I guess I will take my business elsewhere
Have to pay upfront. Needed a new zipper for a soft wintergreen coat. Zipper on the coat matches the material of the coat itself with the zipper being silver. Employee told me that the ONLY zipper they carry is one with black material and gold zipper! Really?! Looking for another business.
I started using this cleaners in Munster a little over a year ago. It's unfortunately hit or miss. This time it was a huge miss. I value my clothes as I invest in good quality clotting. I came across a recent incident where the clothes appeared cleaned but were dirty still. The collar on the shirts were not cleaned and the clothes came back with a weird smell and stains that wasn't there before. It's unfortunate and I'm now taking my clothes to a different cleaners. The people there for the most part appeared to be happy but you can tell are overworked at times.
