Robert and his crew introduced themselves, entered my home and completed the walk-through of what had to be done.They were very professional and I was happy to see that they were all masked. After inspecting all areas to be cleaned, they then went to their vehicle and picked up the cleaning equipment and products. I didn't monitor their services while working, but once they were completed I viewed all areas.nI could not believe that my carpet and area rug were so clean; not only clean, but everything smelled so fresh. I must say that they did a superb job, and I do mean superb. I will be recommending Strictly Business Cleaning Services to all of my family and friends.nNO! I was not asked to write this comment, this is my honest opinion of a very satisfied customer of Strictly Business Cleaning Service.nThank you again Robert, your services are most appreciated.

Very impressed with Strictly Business. Found them on the Better Business Bureau website and called them for a quote. Very reasonable price, very polite, did incredible work (my dog had quite a few accidents while having bladder problems and 100% of the odor is gone) - my 7+ year old couch also looks brand new. Would recommend to anyone and will use again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY DIDN'T ARRIVE ON TIME. BLAMED IT ON COVID-19. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOTH ROBERT AND BRIAN ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE HOURS LATER UNDER INFLUENCE OF DRUGS. DID NOT COMMUNICATE THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. GOT VERY IRATE WHEN ROBERT MISTAKENLY CALLED ME AND HUNG UP. AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS UN PROFESSIONAL BUT STILL WAS GONNA GIVE THEM A CHANCE WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE HOURS LATE.AND BASICALLY TOLD US TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY WHEN THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP. 3 HRS LATER WHICH WE DID(SEARS) VERY SATISFIED AT THAT. TRIED TO SUPPORT OUR BLACK BUSINESS BUT HEY SOME DON'T LIKE TAKING CARE OF THEIR BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY PERIOD. #YALL MISSED OUTnUpdate: The Owner Response has no empathy. But we record everything. And have proof. Uploading video soon.. Like I said. Watch who you have come to your house... CRACK HEADS
