The staff was easy to work with and gave options for exactly what I was looking for. These doors are pricey though so I have not ordered any yet but I assume if the installation and delivery portion of the business is run even slightly similar to the office that it is a well oiled machine.
I had a fantastic experience at The Door Store, from start to finish. They helped me find what I was looking for, and was very patient with me as I made the final decisions. The materials are of the finest quality, and are definitely worth the investment. Bob did an excellent job on the installation. He was prompt and courteous, and finished in one day.
If your in the market for doors this is the place I'm glad I came in to the store from the moment I entered all of my questions and concerns were addressed I ended up choosing a laser cut security door that I couldn't be more happy with and the guys doing the installation couldn't be more professional they went above and beyond and cleaned up everything they left behind even putting my door mats back in place and making sure the door was cleaned! They have earned a customer for life thanks to the team over at the door store !!!!!!!
Would definitely recommend The Door Store in Munster! Wonderful experience from start to finish! Amy was very helpful in making sure we got what we wanted as well as making sure we got the door that was right for us! Bob was wonderful installing our door and made sure to show us every step of the way!nVery happy in how great our house looks now!
Just had my front exterior doors replaced this past weekend and they look AMAZING!!! Amy was extremely helpful and Bob did a great job installing. Would highly recommend!!! Wish I could upload a picture showing how nice it looks! Thanks again guys!
