Joan Martin Elementary School

This school was a terrible school and one teacher was nice. ( Jimmy lahie no girls are pretty)

Every child I have known from this school seems polite & well informed.

This is my sons first year going to Joan Martin he’s in 3rd grade an we both miss his old school so much it was much more family friendly.....they had side by side days where u could see projects your child worked on. They had more field trips and many after school get togethers like Christmas party’s Halloween party’s etc and it was easier to get to know your child’s teacher and the students he spends every day around..But at Joan Martin there’s 30 kids per class witch is to many by my count for one teacher. They do not like you going into the school period your not welcomed I understand security is super important in this day and age but Joan Martin takes it to a whole nother level.......... ((no more locked doors!! )) u go to the office they buzz u in the front doors then the school has to locked hallway doors like what r they hiding I seen my kids classroom twice!!! Once for orientation an second for parent teacher conference and it’s already the end of the year ..I’m a mom Joan Martin not a unibomber I want to see my child in his school setting I want to be part of my childs school life but Joan Martin don’t even have a Christmas program??!?? Like what kind of school don’t have a Christmas program thats just sad and I can’t be the only one who feels like this.

The place is ran like The Gestapo and parents are made to feel like strangers. Principal defends her teachers, right or wrong, so complaints about legitimate problems are pointless.

I go there and I like basketball
