My vehicle was stolen from lake station over a week ago. My finance company has a location device inside to track my vehicle. For over a week I have been calling and leaving messages for them to call my finance company. They don't answer the phone ever and they don't return messages. They basically don't do there jobs. My vehicle could have been recovered this entire time but no they don't want to do a damn thing. And now the tracking device is no longer working so it looks like i will never recover my vehicle cause it can't be tracked now. Lake station police department is a damn joke. Thanks for nothing.

Call these guys only if you want cops who do not obey and hate The Law. Papa John's in Lake Station gave a false statement to these guys and I was pretty happy since I have everything on YouTube (look up Lake Station papa John's to see it) and the officers have me a warning for trespassing without authorization from the property owner. When I called them up to mention that the woman I spoke with claimed they do not seek permission required by the property owners and do it on their own fake authority! The owner of papa John's apologized about the incident and after correcting the officers illegal actions they said I HAD TO GET THE PROPERTY OWNER TO GO TO THEIR STATION AND HAVE MYSELF REMOVED BECAUSE OF THEIR IGNORANT ACTIONS!nI'm shocked there really are cops this stupid who will openly take such illegal actions workout fear of legal representation.nnAbsolutely wind blowing.

I was in an accident just in front of deja vu. I was rushed away from the accident by means of ambulance. I gave the police 9 days to file an accident report. I went inside of the police department at that time and the receptionist said that there was a report on file but nothing was on the report. I had insurance. They aren't going to cover the claim. I owe almost 5 grand on my car and it's totalled. I need this report immediately. I called the police department again this morning and listened to a ringer for about 5 minutes and then their line hung up. They should either act like they're supposed to or the city should fire most of their force and replace them with a staff that can do their job and answer the phones. If you're not going to do the job then don't start the job.

My car was stolen, they didn't seem to eager to find the stolen vehicle. I appreciate lake county cops because they don't harass you as much, like porter county cops do.
