Young Plumbing came out to my parents home to fix a serious clog issue. The first thing that they told my parents they needed was a clean out because they didn't have one. This wouldn't solve the problem, but they HAD to have it. Almost $1,300. My parents paid for the clean out to be installed, that they just HAD to have, but still could NOT use their plumbing. Then the guy told her that she had a HUGE issue and it would be $3,800. ud83dude44ud83dude44nnFast-forward to today, a second opinion. The plumber moved the washer and found the existing clean out that Young Plumbing claimed didn't exist. The new plumber found it right away and said my parents DID NOT need a clean out. They also said a clean out installation would have cost about $350.00 with their company. This new plumber put a camera in the drain, found the problem and fixed it within a couple hours for a couple hundred dollars. He was amazing, sympathetic and had no interest in upcharging my parents for anything. He said the issues that Young Plumbing claimed my parents had DID NOT exist.nnYoung Plumbing gouged my parents. I have no doubt they saw how vulnerable my folks were, with my physically disabled dad and mom who knew nothing about the issue. There was already a clean out! They trusted them! Absolutely SHAME on Young Plumbing for claiming they needed a clea out when the other plumber found the original clean out within minutes of coming in!nnDo NOT use Young Plumbing. They are absolute crooks! My poor mother dished out nearly $1,300 for something she did not need, and they still left her WITHOUT fixing the plumbing issue. Then had to pay a new company $350 more to actually fix the issue! I'm so angry! ud83dude20nnCall Sikma & Sons in Dyer! They were amazing, thank you so much Randall!!!!

Great service, I used them for 3 jobs in the last 2 months...

They came out Sunday morning (11-22) and fixed my shut off valves that was leaking under the kitchen sink. Found out today that alot of plumbing places that I called wouldn't even come to look at the problem bc I live in a mobile home. They didn't care about that. Came out and fixed the problem.

Shane came to my home April 22 to rod the sewer line from an outside clean out. He had to search for it as there was no visible cap and it ended up being buried deeper than usual . He cleared it out, explaining as he went, and let me peek in to see the water flowing freely. I will be getting this done regularly because of all the nearby trees and previous experience with maple trees! Shane was courteous, friendly, always professional. This is my second experience with Young and I won't hesitate to call again.

I have no issue with service. Plumber was professional and did the job great. My issue is the price. I needed a home water filter housing replaced. I even purchased the unit myself so the plumber only needed tape, dope, a couple fittings, and I believe a small piece of copper pipe. I personally purchased those on my own for $25 and attempted to do the job but couldn't get the leaking to stop. The plumber installed everything, and I paid a whopping $340. The best part, this literally took 29min. Very unsatisfied with the price point, and I will have a side job done by a plumber before I use them again.
