Mike was very professional and helpful with my backup in my master bathroom shower. The job took a little longer than expected due to the severity of backup according to Mike, but the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Thank God that we were able to find Hanson Plumbing!! We went two days without hot water , before we found help from Hanson!! This was the week after Memorial Day weekend, and everyone needed something repaired. Mike was professional through it all. He called to let us know that he would be a little bit later than he thought, which was extremely considerate!! When he was able to get here, he took his time to explain our water heater to us, and was also able to get it working again!! We appreciate all that he did, and we would recommend him to anyone, as well as use this company again!

We contacted Hanson Plumbing because of a suspected leak. Mike responded immediately to schedule an appointment. Mike and his assistant arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, updating us when he was en route to our location. Upon arrival, Mike assessed and identified the problem instantly, provided details of what the repair would entail, and cleaned up the work area after completion.
