Quick Rod Electric Sewer Rodding

They came out on the 9th of September I called to come out to rod my main drain. On Saturday the 27th of September my brother noticed water coming up. I called them on Monday, they came out and the guy asked how much did he tell me it would cost. I said no I;m still underce warranty. They left. Since then i have been promised they would return. Nothing. I am going to take them to small claims. Don't waste your money. He is also operating without a license since 2014.

This guy has no sense of time and there is a good chance he will not even show up to a scheduled appointment. I normally don’t leave reviews on anything but if I can save just one person from not having to experience what I had to go through with Glen this will be worth it. If I could give zero stars I would.

It's been 6 weeks since I gave you your deposit, what happened to being back by 1? Now you reject my calls and texts? I want the work done or my $500 back you are nothing but a thief.

Don't listen to the evil people on here.. their comments are false. Great service called and came right out for an emergency main drain cleaning.nFair prices.. actually better then fair.. almost down right cheating themselves for the price i was charged...nEvery other plumber i called wanted 350-450 and couldn't come out for 1 to 2 days...

Great guy. Very impressive response time. More than fair on price. I will be recommending Quick Rod in the future. Very happy with the service.
