Ben's Soft Pretzels

Great pretzels and wonderful environment. The two teenage boys working made me feel very welcome, the boy in glasses was very funny. I also loved the oldies they were playing on the speaker. 10/10, would come again

Love their pretzels, usually have some kind of deal, different cheese flavors, and they never seem to mind when I order an unsalted pretzel. I have always recieved soft and hot pretzels from this location

They have a Need to be consistently good.

The last time I was inside Meijer I decided to stop in to Bens Pretzels and order a quick snack before I shopped around. The tall, bigger man working was rude and was on his phone when I walked up, not even attempting to help his coworker with store upkeep. When placing my order he seemed annoyed, as if I was interrupting a conversation he was having with someone on his phone. I usually enjoy coming here. The blonde, young female worker is always kind when I stop in, but lately when the male is working it seems as though the demeanor of the store is off, making for a very uncomfortable experience.
