Arby's

Went for the new cheese steak sandwiches and potato cakes. We were told they don't have potato cakes OR curly fries. No explanation, no anything. Ok so we just get the sandwiches. Well they were underwhelming to say the least. Skimpy filling, stiff bun. It got so gummy from the cheese that I couldn't swallow it and got about halfway thru it. It was drive thru,. Had a reply from Arby's but come to respond and it's gone... Hmmm

Food was great but the best part of the visit was the person that took care of me even when I found I didn't have my complete order. China was concerned and patient. Took care of the situation professionally. Ty China

A few nights ago I tried Arby's for the first time, it was kinda late and close to their closing time but the lady that took my order was extremely nice and patient. she even recommended the Turkey bacon sandwich which, may I say was probably the best I have ever had. Overall a wonderful experience and I think arby's may be my new favorite restaurant ud83dude0a

The food is good, but everytime I go there, they are out of something! Today they were out of Arby's sauce. One time they were out of cheddar cups for the fries, onion buns for the beef n cheddars, & ice for the pop.

Customer service is awesome & the employees are very friendly. The food is hot when you receive the order, I highly recommend this place. Arby's is very affordable, use coupons if you have them to save a few $$$.
