What can I say that you all haven't experienced if you live in the area. The chain is truly a Midwest regional gem. Been to many stores in IL, IN, WI, and KY, all have the same level of organization and value. For those just driving through, stop in for a look. This location was equally organized and stocked. In the past few years they expanded into a food section with some really good prices and a decent selection. Feels more like a smaller hardware store layout then the competitors. Most team members are nice and can find you someone that can really assist if needed. The design it center on line for decks and garages is excellent and the building material desk teams are also solid when doing large projects. Look for clearance areas in various spots in the store you might find something you need for a current or future project.
Trashy. Trying to force people to wear/buy masks when their own employees wear them around their neck.
I noticed Immediately how brightly lite the store was. I also liked the fact that it is on one floor. It had a toy department which I never expected. Only downside, was when I asked a question of the 2 young workers they weren't knowledgeable. But hopefully with experience will do better. I was persistent in getting information I needed. Also saw a couple of customers in stores without mask.
Friendly and helpful staff. I ordered online and they helped me load the flooring into my car.
Menards is kept up on cleanliness which is/has been extremely important to me. People are friendly. However, it is difficult to find help when needing assistance in any department.
