Terrible customer service at the Pharmacy. Pharmacists having a long, drawn-out personal (and offensive) conversation while making customers in line and in the drive-thru wait. Also rude and condescending approach to customers. For some people, proper medications are a matter of life and death. The Pharmacy staff here doesn't seem to realize that. *It should be noted that the staff in the rest of the store is very helpful and positive, but the Pharmacy is what determined this rating.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I'm not sure what it is about this location, but several employees here seem to care more about arbitrary rules than people. Today, they kept telling me to come in for my Rx, even though I am COVID-19 positive. First, they insisted that I go in to physically give them my insurance card. After haggling for some time over the phone, I managed to get them my insurance information. But they still wouldn't help me pay in advance (over the phone or through their app) so I could at least minimize contact. I felt they didn't care about my safety or the safety of others at their store.

This Walgreens is the worst when it comes to to pharmacies. The pharmacy manager is beyond rude when I called to check on a prescription. When I asked to speak to someone more pleasant she refused and hung up on me.
