Professional and prompt. Good job for the money. I would definitely go back. Friendly staff and my car is still shining after rain.
I asked for the full service car wash ($14) and the triple coat wax ($4) but they did not activate the triple coat. No big deal, I told the friendly cashier and she did not charge me for it. The girl that dried the car missed the back window and back bumper but did a great job wiping down the dash and inside of the windows.
My sister had first told me about Portage car wash last year, it was a couple of months before the Covid19 they did a wonderful job. I went back yesterday and I was in a hurry to get other things taken care of and today I had to take my car back because they missed almost everything inside the car and still didn't get it very well at all. Outside looked great
