I like this car wash. The whole set up is pretty good and I enjoy paying extra for the hot wax. The vacuums are good, however, the only problem is their ticket machines sometimes have issues. Other than that I'll recommend this place for a good car wash.

If you're thinking about going to this car wash I Highly Recommend that you go somewhere else! I currently have a Convertible Ford Mustang and on last Saturday as I went through the drying part of the wash my back window flew off the car. After it happened I notified one of the employees and they contacted their manager. The manager stated over the phone that they were not going to come in and fix the situation because it was their day off, and their next shift wasn't until Tuesday. I am not from Hobart I was just passing through the area. So I had to drive 3 hours back from where I live to Hobart 3 days later, just to be able to get in contact with the manager. Once I talked to the manager he refused to help fix the situation and did not give me the owners name nor contact information. The manager stated that they do not pay for damages that their machines cause and that I had to get my insurance to cover it. Even with the insurance it's not covering everything. So I am struggling just to find a way to be able to pay for the part just because the Hobart Express is not trying to give any effort to help fix what they caused. Since its a convertible I have to get the whole top replaced and that is around $2,000. This place is Highly UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Good for the free vacuum. But the $15 wash was terrible. I can't believe how poor of a job it did. Tire shine did maybe a third of each tire . For $15 and a $5 tip .... absolutely unhappy and will not be returning . Will make sure I take the time to go a couple more miles down the road to portage hand car wash .

Carwash part was great but went to 2 different vacuums and they weren't working, one came off the handle completely. Can't really complain, they are free vacuums...ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f
