Super nice girls working here! Dropped off my wedding gown to be cleaned/preserved & they were all so friendly & informative. I’d recommend them over & over!
Lousy cleaning job. I got a suit back with the same spot still on it and I could scrape some of it off with my fingernail. I don't think it ever got cleaned. Customer service was terrible - they didn't seem to think it was a big deal. They sent it back for recleaning told me it would be 4 days and it was a week! I won't go back there.
This store stopped taking coupons via your cell phone. They require you to print a coupon. I thought this was very odd coming from a company that is proud of the fact that they limit pollution. When I called corporate to ask why it had been changed, I spoke to a human that had absolutely no idea how to handle my phone call. I made mention that I also had an issue with my curtains. I picked them up still stained. I told her I could give her my name and she could look into what happened. She didn't care to try. You'll be better served spending your money elsewhere
Put starch on shirts when requested none, ruined 2 shirts, still uses safety pins on shirt tails, got stuck, most expensive cleaners ever, 3.00 @ shirt, never again.
